Valley Girl!
Session ale brewed with, like, locally grown and malted wheat and barley
Like, oh my god! This beer was made from barley and wheat that were, like, grown right here in Massachusetts! Then it was malted at this gnarly new micro-maltings in Hadley called, like, Valley Malt by Andrea and Christian. So like, real people actually made this. I know, right? Tre awesome! The beer’s a deep golden color and not overhopped, so the flavor of the grains get to shine. CBC’s brewer dude says it’s hazy ‘cuz of the wheat and stuff, but who knows what he’s talking about. Whatever. I mean, like, seriously!
Bonus, it’s only like, 4% abv, so if you want you could just have one (as if!) or you can have a bunch and not be, like, totally wasted. Seriously gnarly, ‘cuz CBC supports like, local farmers and small business and stuff, you know? Totally!
And check out Valley Malt’s website at, like, www.ValleyMalt.com.
Okthxbye!
