Olde Cantabridgian English Old Ale

The term “old ale” nostalgically implies a style of the past, and in England these ales tend to be strong, rich in color and flavor, and have a sweet profile. Our old ale is based loosely after the style of the Theakston Brewery’s Old Peculier. It boasts a full,  malty/fruity aroma with a hint of chocolate, and its   slightly sweet malt flavor is a complex combination of caramel, chocolate, and toffee with a dry, roasted malt finish.

OG: 1.066   ABV: 6.9%
