Snow Day I.P.A.

India Pale Ale with malted wheat and Amarillo hops

Our latest hop-forward feature here at CBC is Snow Day I.P.A. Featuring Amarillo hops in the boil and with a significant dry-hopping regimen, their almost peachy fruit character is complemented by some citrusy Centennials. It’s brewed with a large proportion of malted wheat in the mash tun, which contributes a slightly cloudy haze to the beer – not quite blizzard-like, but still enough to make you check NPR for school closing information.
So take the day off, and enjoy some Snow Day I.P.A.!
