Will’s Extra Bitter

This ESB-style ale is brewed using American & British pale, aromatic, and caramel malts. The hop regimen includes the English hop varieties Fuggles and Challenger, plus a further addition of fresh Yakima-grown Amarillo. The result? A cathartic blend of fruity, spicy hop aroma and crisp, toasty malt flavors are balanced by a long, residual hop bitterness, which gradually fades away. Finishes with an astoundingly satisfying sense of closure. Enjoy.
