What's Brewing at CBC
It’s that time of year again. The birds are singing, crocuses are blooming…it’s raining. But most importantly there’s reason to celebrate and we’ve got lots (and lots) of beer to be drunk!
You guessed it, it’s CBC’s birthday and we’re turning 22 this year!
22 Years! 22 Beers!
To continue the tradition and to uphold his part in Phil “Brewdaddy” Bannatyne’s challenge, CBC Brewmaster Will Meyers will feature 22 beers on tap both nights!
Beginning at 5 o’clock on Friday, May 6 we’ll open the beer taps to 22 of the tastiest, freshest brews this side of…well, we think anywhere really.
Then we’ll do it all again on Saturday replacing any beers that kicked with brand new ones.
Of course not to be outdone, Executive Chef David Drew will have a few treasures of his own coming from the kitchen.
Sourcing from local farms and the very best ingredients springtime in New England has to offer, Chef Dave and CBC’s new sous chef Nick Gardner are creating the perfect specials to compliment this much beer.
Now, you’re probably already saying to yourself, “Hey Self, I wonder just exactly what beers CBC will have on tap at this here 22 Years/22 Beers shindiggy.”
Well, Will’s being a bit coy and since there are exactly 22 days until the first night of our party, he’s going to post one beer per day until tapping time at 5pm on 5/6. Check out the ever-growing beer list right here:
CBC’s 22nd Anniversary Party!
Chef Dave’s menu will also make an appearance in the coming days, so stay tuned! (Hopefully he won’t drag out the suspense like Will…)
That’s CBC’s Anniversary Celebration happening on Friday, May 6th and Saturday, May 7th. 5pm to 1am both nights. No tickets are needed for this event and all tables and barstools are first come, first served so make sure you get there early.
