Getting ready for this Saturday’s Autumn Brewers Dinner at CBC!
Our annual Autumn Brewers Dinner returns this coming Saturday, November 14th. Contact Laura at 617.494.1994 or Laura(at)CambridgeBrewingCompany.com for your reservations soon, as we’re filling up the restaurant quickly. This is indeed a not-to-be-missed experience, as everyone knows who’s attended in the past. The full menu with pairings is below. It features an awesome amuse with our first foray into “molecular gastronomy,” vintage Bannatyne’s Scotch Ale and Red God, and a dessert course with a FLIGHT of vintage Blunderbuss Barleywines. Food? How about General Gau’s Frogs Legs (seriously!), Northeast Family Farms Venison, and first-of-the-season Nantucket Bay Scallops. All fresh, all locally and sustainably sourced. Crazy!
