BIERE DU GOURDE – Biere de Garde farmhouse ale with pumpkin and pepper
Organic Farm School pumpkins, noble Hallertauer hops, a hint of black pepper, and our Belgian yeast offer a unique twist in French farmhouse ales. ABV: 6.6%
WILSON – Barrel aged spiced pumpkin porter
Black as Wilson’s soul, it’s brewed with 200# of Wilson Farms (no relation) pumpkins, subtle spices, and aged briefly in Eagle Rare bourbon barrels. Despite its evil nature, Wilson is still having fun. ABV: 6.5%
EL MARIACHI – Cask-conditioned Pumpkin Stout
A rich Irish stout infused with a molé blend of spicy ancho and chipotle peppers, cacao nibs, and cinnamon sticks, and more. Going one step further, this little beauty is served on cask for this event. Careful, it’s hot! ABV:4.0%
KRAFTWERK – Wine barrel aged pumpkin Tripel
The “power station” of pumpkin beers!Aged in sauvignon blanc barrels, wine character compliments notes of fall fruits and oak and totally crazy fruitiness, hiding it’s formidable strength. ABV: 9.75%
FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS – American Brett ale with pumpkin and good vibes
The infamous OM, barrel-fermented blonde ale with Brettanomyces, gets the pumpkin treatment in a blend with the Great Pumpkin. Vibrated at 136Hz for optimum enlightenment. No beer is safe from the pumpkin! ABV: 8.0%
THE O.P.P. (2008) – Barrel aged Wild Pumpkin Porter
Oude Pumpkin Porter is a recreation of colonial pumpkin beers. Brewed with pale and roasted malts and fresh organic sugar pumpkins, it has whiled away the past years in used bourbon barrels with cinnamon sticks and candied ginger, inoculated by Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus naturally occurring in the CBC Barrel Cellar. Its tart and roasty palate transports you back to 18th Century Boston. ABV:6.8%
VALLEY GHOUL – Strong Scotch ale with pumpkins and local barley
Our Valley Girl series of local-ingredient-beers beers gets ghoulish with barley grown and malted in MA from our Valley Malt BSA (Brewery Supported Agriculture). Super rich malt character presides over pumpkin, brown sugar, molasses, and heather flowers in the finish. Subtle, like a swift kick in the kilt. ABV: 8.5%
PUNJABI PUMPKIN – Pumpkin Saison with Curry Spices
Inspired by a really great bowl of curried pumpkin soup, brewed with pumpkins and very subtly spiced with a bespoke curry blend. Fruit and spice from our house Belgian yeast meld with hints of squash and malt, curry leaves, black pepper, cardamom, cumin, and coriander. ABV:5.5%
