Monday, November 2nd, Cambridge Brewing Company is teaming up with our old friend Chris Schlesinger and the crew at East Coast Grill for their first ever beer dinner. CBC will be strolling down the street to join them with 8 or 10 of our beers to pair with East Coast Grill’s classic foods. Dishes like smoked duck with apricot mustard will be paired with Cambridge Brewing Company’s Great Pumpkin Ale. Beer flights will be available. Expect a casual, wicked fun evening! Last but not least, it’s almost time for CBC’s own famous Fall Brewers Dinner on Saturday, November 14 (assuming we’ve all recovered from the Great Pumpkin Festival on Halloween). Incredible dishes from CBC Executive Chef David Drew, 4+ course, mulitple plates per course from which to choose, and each one paired with beers from CBC’s own Brew Crew. More info coming at http://cambridgebrewing.com/events/details/brewers_dinner/ For reservations, call CBC Assistant GM Laura Peters at 617.494.1994, or email her at Laura(at)CambridgeBrewingCompany.com.
We hope to see you at all of these awesome events!
Peace,
Will
p.s. I’m remiss in failing to mention Kate and Suzanne’s beer dinners at Cambridge Common Restaurant - Oct. 13 it’s Southern Tier Brewery bringing their best, and on Oct. 27 Hugh Sisson from Clipper City will be coming up from Baltimore with some special beers to share. Cheers! http://www.cambridgecommonrestaurant.com/main.html
