THE O.P.P. (2008) – Barrel aged Wild Pumpkin Porter
Olde Pumpkin Porter is a recreation of colonial pumpkin beers. Brewed with pale and roasted malts and fresh organic sugar pumpkins, it has whiled away the past years in used bourbon barrels with cinnamon sticks and candied ginger, inoculated by Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus naturally occurring in the CBC Barrel Cellar. Its tart and roasty palate transports you back to 17th Century Boston. ABV:6.8% Tickets: 2per4oz./max 8oz.
PUNJABI PUMPKIN – Pumpkin Saison with Curry Spices
Inspired by a really great bowl of curried pumpkin soup, brewed with pumpkins and very subtly spiced with a bespoke curry blend. SPINAL PUMPKIN (2008) – Pumpkin Barleywine
The pumpkin ale that goes to eleven…This barleywine-style ale is crafted with eleven varietals of heirloom pumpkins and squashes, and spiced subtly with cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Aged since Halloween Night 2008, it’s 11.5% alcohol by volume, but smooth as a pumpkin’s bottom. ABV:11.5% Tickets: 2per4oz./max 4oz.
ICH BIN EIN KÜRBISWEISSE –Berlin-style Wheat Ale with Pumpkin and Spices
Possibly the world’s first pumpkin Berliner Weisse! This sour ale is lightly sweetened with a simple syrup infused with fresh pumpkin and autumn spices. Sweet up front, tart in the finish, pumpkin-spicy in the middle. A.B.V. 4.3% Tickets: 1per4oz./max 16oz.
CBC BLACK O’LANTERN – CBC Pumpkin Black and Tan
Two great tastes that taste great together! Inspired by years of CBC staffers creating their own holiday black-and-tans, we’ve created a half and half blend of The Great Pumpkin and Charles River Porter. Subtle pumpkin and spice flavors nicely complement and lighten the rich roastiness of our house porter. Yeah, pumpkins! ABV:5.7% Tickets: 1per4oz./max 16oz.

IMPERIAL SPRUCE PUMPKIN STOUT
John Little is a professor by day and telemark instructor/home brewer/river conservationist. I first met John 15 years ago when I sold homebrew supplies in our basement. He would bring me bottles of his pumpkin imperial spruce stout, and they inspired me to create Rock Art’s version of this beer. The imperial stout uses pumpkins and spruce as the colonists used to brew with while forming this country. The pumpkins complement the malt flavors, and spruce gently emerges from this large wonderful beer. No spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon etc.
ABV:8.0% Location: BEERGARDEN Tickets: 2per4oz./max 8oz.
Smuttynose Brewing Co., Portsmouth, NH
PUMPKIN ALE
Smuttynose Pumpkin Ale is our homage to the craft and heritage of America’s brewers. Recipes calling for the use of pumpkins in beer date back to early colonial times, when brewers sought to extend their supply of costly imported malt with locally grown ingredients, such as squash and “pompions.” In that spirit, we brew our ale with the addition of pumpkin to the mash, along with traditional spices to create a delicious American original. ABV:5.6% Location: BEERGARDEN Tickets: 1per4oz./max 16oz.
Southern Tier Brewing Company, Lakewood, NY
PUMKING - Imperial Ale Brewed with Pumpkins
Pumking is an ode to Púca, a creature of Celtic folklore, who is both feared and respected by those who believe in it. Púca is said to waylay travelers throughout the night, tossing them on its back, and providing them the ride of their lives, from which they return forever changed! Brewed in the spirit of All Hallows Eve, a time of year when spirits can make contact with the physical world and when magic is most potent. As the first drops touch your tongue a magical spell will bewitch your taste buds making it difficult to escape. This beer is brewed with pagan spirit yet should be enjoyed responsibly.
ABV:9.0% Location: BREWHOUSE Tickets: 2per4oz./max 8oz.

PIE-EYED PUMPKIN ALE
As WCBC tradition would have it, this beer arrives to the taps after armies of pumpkin are deployed on door stoops nationwide. We avail ourselves to over 240 lbs. of locally grown sugar pumpkins for each batch we brew. Our artfully executed recipe includes a period of time where the beer is conditioned in a “tea” of traditional spices, long enough to attain a quiet tuning to the perfect flavor we objectively seek for our beer appreciating devotees. Medium bodied, an orange/brown tinged color, this beer is directed towards those who appreciate the relationship of beer with food, especially beer that mimics a veritably popular dessert, pumpkin pie!
ABV:6.3% Location: BEERGARDEN Tickets: 1per4oz./max 16oz.
