CBC Events
Season’s Greetings Fellow Beer Aficionado,
I got two quick things for ya:
Firstly, as we wrap up another great year here at CBC we wanted to
take just a moment to thank the people that really make it all
possible: You Guys!
Without the loyal support of our regulars, friends, fans and
customers we couldn’t keep knockin’ out beer after beer and plate
after plate. And for this we are deeply thankful.
May you have the best of holidays and may next year bring you
health, happiness, and of course, plenty o’ good beer.

Secondly, If you haven’t nailed down your New Year’s plans yet then
you’ll want to read the rest of this email. We’ve got two special
surprises for you this year.
You’ve no doubt heard of our signature CBC Brewer’s Dinners. You’ve
probably even been to a few.
Our last incarnation, back in September, was called ‘The 100 Mile
Dinner’. The menu was, as you may have guessed, entirely sourced
from local farms. Most were actually within 25 miles.
And you guys certainly dug the concept. The 100 Mile Dinner sold
out in 2 and a half days!
Anyhoo, what does this have to do with New Years?
You guessed it. Chef David Drew and Brewmaster Will Meyers have put
together their latest version of this beer cuisine tour de force.
Let’s just call it a ‘Brew Year’s Eve Beer Dinner Tasting Menu.’
This is the perfect way to start your New Year’s celebration
before heading off to your midnight destinations…And it’s a pretty
damn good deal too!
[Note: This is an early evening event – 5pm-10pm to be exact – we
will not be partying late, at least not here;-). We will be closing
