CBC Beer Dinner at the Cambridge Common!
Tuesday, June 1st, CBC takes its beer show on the road, waaay ‘cross town to visit our amazing friends at the Cambridge Common.

Will and Megan will be co-hosting along with Suzanne and Kate for an early summer four-course menu paired with CBC beers. And instead of offering just five beers (one per course plus a welcome beer), we’re raiding the tanks and the cellar for some extra, between-course special once-in-a-lifetime tasting opportunities. The cost is $50 even (INCLUDING tax, gratuity, and Brown Paper Ticket fee), which includes a ‘welcome beer’ plus four courses of brews and food.
Kickoff with Welcome Beer, CBC HefeWeizen, is at 6:30pm. First course gets rolling at 7. This event always sells out, so get your tickets asap. We’ll see you there!
Pre-meal beer: HefeWeizen - our authentic Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat beer
1st course: Pommes Frites with Kick Ass Aioli and Three Rings- hoppy Belgian pale ale
Special ‘tween-course beer: OM vintage 2008, batch No.1 of our strong Belgian blonde ale aged in chardonnay bbls with Brett
Salad: Caprese with Freshly Cracked Black Pepper with Sgt. Pepper - Saison with four peppercorns
Special ‘tween-course beer: Heather Ale - 2009 unhopped ale with handpicked heather, sweet gale, and lavender
Entree:
Shrimp Enchiladas with Tomatillo and Fiery Tomato Cremas, Black Beans, and Lime-Cilantro Rice with Spring Training IPA- hoppy and floral India Pale Ale
OR
Pulled Pork Tacos with Red Pepper Crema, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Avocado, and Rice with Red Beans with Red God - super hoppy double imperial red ale
Special ‘tween-course beer: The Audacity of Hops - Belgian double I.P.A. - ‘cuz you need more hops, right?
Dessert: Chocolate Porter Brownies with Cherry Sorbet with short pours of Bad Knees - bourbon bbl aged English old ale and Cerise Cassee - 2009 bbl fermented Solera aged American sour ale with cherries
Special dessert beer: Bannatyne’s Scotch Ale - vintage 2007 strong scotch ale, to put you in the mood for a fun ride home on the T!
