Celebrate the Great Striped Bass with CBC!

One of our favorite summer pastimes here at CBC, as with many of you I’m sure, is grilling on the patio.  And you can bet that CBC owner Phil “Brewdaddy” Bannatyne is just itching to get out there to fire up the grill for his legendary Garlicky Grilled Bass.

That’s right!  It’s almost time for the Striped Bass Festival.  This year’s fest will be on Saturday, July 28 from 5 – 11pm.  So mark your calendars because this event is going to be awesome.  Thanks to an early spring and fairly benevolent weather, there’s a bevy of fresh and local produce for Chef Dave to pick from.

As always Brewmaster Will Meyers and Executive Chef David Drew will put their heads together to bring you the freshest, most local food and beer pairings with a culinary focus on the great locally caught Striped Bass.
